Ciao Mambo Donations Opening Night Proceeds

The Coeur d'Alene Press. Ciao Mambo, Hayden's newest restaurant, celebrated its soft opening last month.  Instead of receiving their meals for free, diner's paid the listed menu price and proceeds for the evening, over $4,500, were donated to Kootenai Diabetes and Endocrinology Center. Read more.
